What we need from you
- kVA rating. Or the connected load and we will size it.
- Primary voltage. Usually 12470 GY/7200 or 13200 GY/7620. Your utility knows.
- Secondary voltage. Usually 480Y/277 or 208Y/120.
- Dead front or live front, loop or radial. If you are not sure, your utility standard says.
- The date. This is the one that decides everything else.
- Job site. For freight, which we quote separately rather than bury.
What you get back
- A price from US stock and a price from overseas production, side by side.
- The country of manufacture, stated, not implied.
- Lead time from purchase order, separated from ship date.
- Freight quoted as its own line, because on a four thousand pound unit it is not a rounding error.
- An honest answer when the date cannot be met, including who else to try.
